Make an appointment with the caterer to create menu
TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION
- Return one copy of the signed contract
- A cheque for 75% Deposit
- Special Occasion Permit from LCBO.
TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION
- Contact caterer to advise approximate number of guests
- Pick up Seating Plan
FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION
Bring the following to the Caterer:
- Completed Seating Plan with number of guests at each table
- Guest List in alphabetical order with assigned table number
If no Seating Plan is required, please call Caterer with final count and numbers, 3,4, and 5 below will apply

- Charges for: Wait staff at $20 per hour, Maitre’D and Chefs at $25 per hour (take out functions)
- Prices are subject to 8% Sales Tax and 6% G.S.T.
